User management

The users tab lets you invite and manage people in your workspace.

The number and type of users you can invite depends on your plan.

Team plan

Includes:

  • 5 team members
  • 0 collaborators

Team members have access to the workspace, including folders and projects.

Team Plus plan

Includes:

  • 10 team members
  • Unlimited collaborators

You can invite users as either:

  • Team members: People who work inside your workspace and can access folders and projects
  • Collaborators: People invited to specific projects only

Use collaborators when you want to work with external editors, freelancers, vendors, or client-side contributors without giving them access to your full workspace.
