Increasing your storage

Postjamm gives you the flexibility to increase storage whenever your workload changes.

You do not need to switch plans just to add more storage. You can increase the total storage minutes based on what your team needs.

How to increase storage

To increase your storage:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open Storage management
  3. Use the slider to choose the total number of storage minutes you want
  4. Review the updated storage amount
  5. Complete the payment

Once updated, the additional storage will be added to your workspace.

How billing works for additional storage

When you increase your storage, you only pay for the additional minutes you choose.

The extra storage cost will be added to your monthly billing cycle from the next billing period.

This lets you scale storage based on your project workload instead of committing to a larger plan before you need it.

Example

If your current plan includes 500 minutes of storage and your team needs 300 more minutes, you can increase your storage to 800 minutes using the storage slider.

You only pay for the additional 300 minutes.

From the next billing cycle, the extra storage cost will be included in your monthly subscription.
