Final delivery and approvals

Once feedback is complete, you can share the final version with your reviewer.

After a version is approved:

  1. Open the project
  2. Click Add final video link
  3. Paste your cloud storage link (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar)
  4. Click Save

What reviewers see

  • A Download final video button will appear
  • Clicking it will redirect them to the final file hosted on your storage link

Mark project as approved

Once everything is finalized:

  • The owner or team member can mark the project as Approved
  • This indicates that the review cycle is complete
